Planday is going through one of the most exciting stages for a SaaS company, and we’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator with a flair for Business Operations and a passion for learning new things to help take Planday to the next level. We have seasoned investors on board, who share our belief that we can grow to become a global player in our industry.

To help the Operations team succeed, we need a hard-working and dedicated person to join us. For the right candidate, this will be an incredible opportunity to be at the very center of a vibrant, growing SaaS company. We have over 160 employees (with more to come!) across offices in Copenhagen, Oslo, London, Hamburg, New York, and Hanoi.

Summary
You will join the Operations team with eight passionate co-workers. The Operations team is the company’s backbone, working with all departments in their daily routines. It will be your job to make sure that Planday’s Salesforce instance is up to date and that it adds value to the daily working lives of your colleagues. As we grow, you can expect there to be plenty of opportunities for personal development.

The basis for this position is that you are proficient with Salesforce and that you work proactively, pushing Salesforce to its limits. The right candidate should be outgoing and have the drive to continuously improve business processes in the best possible way. We are looking for a person who is curious about all aspects of the business. You should perform well in high stress situations and be fully prepared to take on all aspects of a growing and passionate business. Be prepared to take on both highs and lows: stressful situations and amazing experiences.
